Day 1: Start your Nile Cruise / Luxor East Bank tour

Upon arriving at Luxor Airport, you will be transferred to your cruise ship for a four-night cruise along the Nile River in Egypt. After completing check-in, you will begin your guided day tours in Luxor, starting with the East Bank tour. This includes a visit to the Karnak Temple, which is a grand open-air museum and the second-largest ancient religious complex in the world. You will also explore Luxor Temple, where historical evidence suggests it was the site of one of Egypt’s ancient festivals, the Opet Festival, as illustrated by the carvings on its walls depicting the celebration.

For lunch, you will be returned to the cruise ship.

Following lunch, you may choose to stay on board or attend a sound and light show at the Karnak Temples, a highly recommended nighttime activity in Luxor (available for an extra fee).

Meals: Lunch, Dinner.

Day 2

Day 2: Luxor West Bank and sail to Edfu

An optional hot air balloon tour over the West Bank is available at an additional cost.

After breakfast, you will start your day cruise to the West Bank of Luxor tour.

Your first stop will be the Necropolis of Thebes in the Valley of the Kings, a site that is essential for all travelers. Following this, you will visit three royal tombs from different dynasties, including the Tomb of Ramses III, the Tomb of Ramses IV, and the Tomb of Merenptah. Your tour guide will provide guidance and help you decide which tombs to visit. After exploring the tombs at Medinet Habu, you will be taken to the Temple of Ramses III. There is an optional entrance fee for Tutankhamun's tomb, which is 300.00 EGP.

At the end of the day, you will visit the Two Colossi of Memnon, which are two large statues representing King Amenhotep III in a seated position.

You will then return to the floating hotel for lunch and a folkloric performance before heading back to Edfu for the night.

Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

In the afternoon, you will have tea on the sun deck. Later, you will make a stop to see the remarkable double temple, which is devoted to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. You will return to the ship at noon for lunch and some time to relax. The afternoon is free for your own activities. Dinner will be served on board, followed by a performance of Nubian folklore. You'll be spending the night in Aswan.
