On this two-day trip to Luxor, you will have the chance to discover the stories and legends of ancient Egyptian civilization in the city of Luxor, which was the capital of Upper Egypt during the New Kingdom and the city of the god Amun-Ra.

On the first day, you will tour the West Bank of the city, where you can see the Colossi of Memnon, two famous seated statues, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was later used as a hiding place for royal mummies during the XXI Dynasty, the Valley of the Kings, and Deir El Madina.

On the second day, you will explore the East Bank of Luxor, where you will visit the Karnak Temple, the largest and most significant religious complex in ancient Egypt, as well as the Luxor Temple.

Day 1

The first day

On the first day, you will be transported in a private, air-conditioned vehicle from your hotel in Marsa Alam to start your tour in Luxor.Upon arrival, you will meet your guide who will accompany you on a tour to visit the attractions on the west bank.The tour begins at the Colossi of Memnon and El-Deir Al-Bahary, which were constructed during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut from the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt.Following this, you will have a traditional Egyptian lunch and then proceed to the Valley of the Kings.The tour concludes at Deir El Madina, also known as the worker's village, which was inhabited by the artisans and craftsmen of Luxor.At the end of the day, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor for the remainder of the night.Meals included: Lunch.

Day 2

The second day

On the second day of your trip, we will take you to the Karnak Temple, which is the largest and most significant religious site in ancient Egyptian history.It was dedicated to the gods Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.You will also visit the Luxor Temple, which was started by Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1390–1352 BC) and later completed by Tutankhamun (1336–1327 BC) and Horemheb (1323–1295 BC).

Afterwards, you will have lunch at a nearby restaurant and return to Marsa Alam.
