Our accredited tour guide will collect you from your hotel in Cairo or Giza at 06:00 am for an exciting Cairo excursion. This tour includes a Siwa tour from any hotel in the Cairo Desert and a safari to the enchanting Siwa Oasis, one of the most captivating locations in Egypt's Western Desert.

The journey to Siwa Oasis begins with a transfer from Cairo via the El-Alamein road.

The first stop on the tour is El Alamein, where you will visit the World War museum and walk through the World War II cemeteries located on the west side of Alexandria. In 1942, the Allies, led by British Field Marshal Montgomery, stopped the advance of German and Italian troops heading towards the Nile. This was a significant victory for the Allies, though it came at a great cost, with approximately 11,000 soldiers killed and 60,000 wounded.

Your personal tour guide and driver will then take you to the Commonwealth World War II Cemetery and recently erected memorials funded by the Australian and New Zealand governments.

As you walk through the arches and across the gardens, you will see 7,000 white headstones that honor the Australian, New Zealand, and British soldiers who fought and died at El Alamein. You will also visit the battlefield and spend time at the World War Museum. After finishing the El Alamein tour, you will drive along the scenic bay of Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean coast, where your delicious seafood lunch will be served. From there, you will continue on a 4-hour drive to reach Siwa Oasis.

Upon arrival in Siwa, you will have dinner and spend the night in a beautiful eco-lodge.

Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the Eco-lodge, followed by the continuation of your Siwa Oasis tour starting from Cairo. You will visit the ruins of the Old Town of Shali. Then, you will be taken to the Temple of Alexander the Great, also known as the Temple of the Oracle, located in Aghurmi village, which dates back to the 26th dynasty. You will also visit the Temple of Amun Ra, known as the Temple of Um Ubeyda.

Next, you will experience the unique Siwan culture by visiting the Siwa House Museum.

Lunch will be served at the famous square in the Oasis, overlooking Shali, at Abdo restaurant. You will also visit the Mountain of the Dead, or Jabal el Mawta, where you can explore the interesting tombs of the rulers of the Siwa Oasis during the 26th dynasty, including the tombs of Si Amon, MSW Isis, and the crocodile tomb.

In the afternoon, you will have some leisure time at Cleopatra Spring, where you can swim and enjoy the sparkling water.

Afterward, you will be transferred to Fitnas Island to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime view of the sunset. You will overnight in Siwa.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then proceed with your Siwa Desert Safari. On the second day, an Egyptologist guide will join you in a four-wheel drive to explore the Great Sand Sea.

You will begin your desert adventure among the golden sand dunes, traveling until you reach the fossils area where you can view ancient rocky coral reefs from the Cambrian era.

Next, you will visit one of the charming spots in the Great Sand Sea, a beautiful lake located in the middle of the desert.

You might have the chance to spot flamingo birds. You can swim in the cool water of the lake, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the desert and relaxing by the water.

As you pass by Dakrour Mountain, you will experience sandboarding in the Siwa area.

While not as fast as snowboarding, with the right amount of wax, you can slide down some of the large sand dunes and enjoy the excitement. After sandboarding, you will have the opportunity to refresh in the hot spring known as Bir Wahid, which is famous for its relaxing and calming properties. You will also You can also enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the “Great Sandy Sea” while sitting among the sand dunes and sipping Bedouin tea.

You will spend the night in Siwa.
