Your guide picks you up from your hotel and drives you to the Giza Plateau. You spend the first part of the day around the Great Pyramid of Khufu and the Pyramid of Khafre, with time for photos and for your guide to tell you how they were built. After that, we drive south out of Cairo to Meidum. The ride takes a while, but the road runs through farmland and small villages, so there's plenty to look at. At Meidum you walk around the pyramid with your guide, who explains how it fits into the story of pyramid building. Then we drive back to Cairo and drop you at your hotel.
