Cairo & Sharm El Sheikh Easter Tour starts at Cairo International Airport, where you will be received by a Day Tour Egypt Representative who will be there to assist you. The representative will be carrying a sign with your name and will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo in a private deluxe vehicle.

The representative will help you with check-in and go through your itinerary of Egypt Easter Tours with you to assure the pick-up times for each tour day.

Breakfast at your Cairo hotel before meeting your professional English-speaking Egyptologist guide to begin your tour.

The tour starts from the Giza Plateau, where you will be able to see the wonderful Great Pyramid of Cheops, Pyramid of Chephren, Pyramid of Mycerinus, and the Great Sphinx. Learn more about the importance of these fantastic structures and their place in the ancient Egyptian culture from your professional guide.

Take a panoramic view of the Giza Pyramids with the possibility of taking pictures. As part of the tour, a 15-minute camel ride is included. Optionally, you can add visiting the Solar Boat of King Cheops on the tour schedule.

Next, the tour continues to the city of Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid Complex of King Djoser, which is believed to be the oldest large stone pyramid complex in Egypt. Next, visit the Pyramid of Teti and the Tombs of the Nobles, where perfectly preserved scenes give insight into the everyday life of ancient Egyptians.

Finally, the tour moves to the city of Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. Visit the open-air museum with a visit to the enormous colossal statue of King Ramesses II and the Alabaster Sphinx.

After the tour,

Following breakfast at your hotel, proceed to join your Egyptologist tour guide and start your day visiting Cairo’s historical sites.

First stop at the Grand Egyptian Museum, and see for yourself this museum’s fantastic exhibits of the Pharaohs' times.

Then proceed to the Citadel of Saladin, Cairo’s major Islamic historical site. Within the Citadel visit the marvelous Mosque of Muhammad Ali, known for its amazing Ottoman-style architecture and alabaster interiors.

Then proceed to Coptic Cairo – another historical area of Cairo. See the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Sergius and its crypt, and the historic Ben Ezra Synagogue.

As a final destination on today’s tour, enjoy a walk through one of Cairo’s most popular bazaars – Khan El Khalili.

After finishing the tour, get back to your hotel in Cairo.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Cairo International Airport to take the domestic flight to Sharm El Sheikh.

On arrival at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, you will be met and assisted by a representative of Day Tour Egypt and then transferred to your hotel.

Proceed to do your check-in procedures and spend your free day as you wish.

Overnight stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and spend the morning at leisure.

In the afternoon, at approximately 2:00 PM, your guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the quad bike center, approximately 15 minutes away.

After a brief safety and driving instruction, begin your quad bike adventure through the Sinai Desert. Enjoy the desert scenery and the spectacular views as you ride across the sand.

After approximately one hour, stop at the highest point of Wadi Al-Aat, where you can relax and enjoy traditional Bedouin herbal tea.

Return to Sharm El Sheikh by quad bike and transfer back to your hotel.

Enjoy a free evening and overnight at the hotel.

After having breakfast, your guide will come to pick you up from your hotel and take you to the marina.

Get on the boat and sail to Ras Mohamed National Park, which is one of the most popular diving spots of the Red Sea. Take advantage of this chance to explore the underwater beauty of the region and its colorful corals and marine life.

There will be some stops for you to swim and snorkel in the Red Sea. Snorkeling gears and lunch will be provided in the tour.

In the end of the day, you will go back to the marina in the boat and from there we will transfer you back to your hotel at about 5:00 PM.
