Your first destination will be Cairo where you get to visit the Great Pyramids, the Giza Great Sphinx, Saqqara and Memphis in addition to other historic sites in Cairo. After that, we move to Luxor, the world's largest outdoor museum for exploration of Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Memnon Colossi, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.
Finally, we head to Aswan to check out the historic Philae Temple, High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk while enjoying the scenery along the Nile. When you arrive at Cairo International Airport, a Day Tour Egypt representative will meet you at the terminal with a sign showing your name. You will then be driven to your Cairo hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
After check-in the tour manager will review your Christmas Egypt itinerary 6 days with you and confirm the sightseeing and pick-up times for the days ahead.
If your flight arrives early and you have some free time you can add an optional Nile Cruise Dinner in Cairo. The two-hour cruise includes dinner and an oriental show featuring belly dancing and Tanoura performances.

Begin your 6 day Cairo Luxor Aswan tour after breakfast with a full day of sightseeing in Cairo alongside your private Egyptologist guide and personal driver.
Start at the Giza Pyramids and admire the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. Continue to the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. An optional camel ride is also available if you would like to add a traditional experience to your visit.
From Giza travel to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. Explore the open-air museum and see the large statue of Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx.
Then head to Saqqara home to the Step Pyramid of King Djoser. You will also see the Pyramid of Teti and one of the Tombs of the Nobles, featuring scenes that offer a glimpse into daily life in ancient Egypt.
Enjoy lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant before returning to your hotel in Cairo.

Once you arrive meet your Egyptologist guide and start exploring the city. First, visit the Aswan High Dam, one of modern Egypt’s major engineering projects.
Next head to the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarries. Here, you will learn more about how the ancient Egyptians worked with and transported massive stone blocks.
Your final sightseeing stop is Philae Temple. The temple complex includes monuments from the Ptolemaic and Roman periods and sits on an island surrounded by the Nile.
After the tour enjoy lunch before heading to your Aswan hotel for check in and an overnight stay.

After breakfast leave Aswan and travel to Luxor for a full day exploring some of the city’s most famous ancient sites as part of your Egypt Christmas tour package 6 days.
Begin at Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest temple complexes in ancient Egypt. Walk among its impressive columns, courtyards, and structures built and expanded by generations of pharaohs.
The tour then takes you to Luxor’s West Bank and the Valley of the Kings, where the rock-cut tombs of many New Kingdom pharaohs were built. Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut built during the reign of one of ancient Egypt’s most famous female rulers.
Before leaving the West Bank, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the enormous statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.
After lunch head to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your Cairo hotel.

From there continue to Coptic Cairo. Visit the Hanging Church, built above the remains of the ancient Roman fortress of Babylon, followed by the Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus. You will also visit the historic Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of Cairo’s well-known religious landmarks.
After lunch at a local restaurant, finish the day at Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Wander through its traditional streets, browse the souvenir shops and take in the atmosphere of one of Cairo’s historic markets.
