Upon arrival at Luxor International Airport or Luxor Railway Station, you will be picked up and escorted by Day Tour Egypt representative to a private air-conditioned car and driven to board your 5-star Nile cruise.
After finishing check-in process, our experienced tour guide will brief you about your Egypt Christmas holiday package and inform you about Nile cruise trip and sightseeing tours.
First sightseeing tour will take you around the East Bank of Luxor and start from the spectacular Luxor Temple, which is a huge ancient Egyptian temple that used to be connected with the Karnak Temple via the famous Avenue of Sphinxes.
Next visit will be the impressive Karnak Temple Complex, the world's largest ancient religious complex. Visit its huge pylons, columns, statues and sacred places while listening to your guide telling the amazing story of ancient Egypt.
Tonight, you will have a nice buffet dinner on board your Nile cruise ship. And on Christmas holiday period, there is music and entertainment on board as well.

Breakfast will be served on board your Nile cruise before heading off for a sightseeing tour on the West Bank of Luxor.
The tour starts with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, the legendary necropolis of the Egyptian pharaohs from the New Kingdom period. See the splendid royal tombs and learn about the burial practices of the Egyptians.
Move to the wonderful Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most magnificent ancient temples built by the Egyptian ruler who was also a woman. Located in Deir El Bahari, the temple symbolizes the grandeur of ancient Egyptian civilization.
In addition to the above, you will have a chance to make a photo stop at the gigantic statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III called the Colossi of Memnon.
Lunch will be served on board after which you start cruising towards Esna. The scenery of the Nile valley will delight your eyes during the journey.

Return to the cruise and continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
After lunch, visit the distinctive Temple of Kom Ombo, built for two gods, that is Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the elder. Explore the wonderful reliefs of the temple and understand the ancient Egyptian beliefs and medicine.
After the temple visit, return to the cruise and continue sailing towards Aswan.
